    After a long wait to get started things are moving along well now. So far the construction of our new house at Cape woolamai is looking great and we are very happy so far, once started.The trades are very efficient and on time. Can't wait for the brickwork and cladding to be done .

    Our experience with beachwood was faultless from the very beginning, right through until handover.
    We can’t thank Beachwood homes enough for giving us our dream home.
    The whole process was easy.
    the communication from the office was amazing the whole way through, Kirstie, Kirby and Amber are all super friendly and accommodating.
    Our site supervisor Chris was awesome! No problem to big or to small, he was understanding, approachable & honest.
    The quality of his work is next to none & he doesn’t leave any stone unturned!
    We would recommended beachwood homes to ANYONE wanting to build their new home!
