  We booked via Wotif to stay and it was a NIGHTMARE!
  We were supposed to check in at 3pm in the afternoon, and got there at 2pm. We had a phone number we called once we got there because apart from the confirmation email, we did not have any other information regarding the keys (we thought there would be a reception). We tried to call the number provided for 3 hours, and no one got back to us until 5pm in the afternoon. We were stuck on a car park in from of this complex, waiting for someone to call us back, and being on the phone with Wotif who also tried to call Leanne (person in charge).
  Eventually, Leanne called us back saying she did not have our booking and was sorting something out. Once she found something, she did not call us to let us know, she texted us with an address and a code for the door!!!
  We had to change house after the first night and the second house was far from being what we booked at first (not enough bed for each of us, tiny balcony, not swimming pool).
  Leanne has been great in showing her unprofessionalism - no excuses, communication by texts...
  What should have been relaxing holidays turned out to be very stressful...
