The arrangement looked beautiful, but they were left on the doorstep as no one was home to accept delivery. When she arrived 2 hours later she said the quality of the flowers was poor - they were droopy and browning. It is not mid summer, it is September.
My mother-in-law called to complain and told me the staff offered to replace them, but she refused. I am told they were quite rude to her.
I was notified by the florist that 'the lady refused to accept them' and l was given an immediate refund, hence the two stars. - Elaine Hansen Added June 13, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★Phoned this Florist & spoke to Susie re flowers for my daughters birthday. I explained to her roughly what I would like. Mainly whites with some green.
Well.... I have to say, my daughter was 'blown away'.
It would have to be one of the most beautiful flower arrangements we have seen and we have seen a LOT.
Thank you Susie, you really made my daughters day.

She sends me photos of them and the arrangements are fantastic. great value for money! I am placing another order right after i send this review.

Found the web site much easier to use than the other 3 florists I've used for this area. Quality in terms of both flowers and artistry in arrangement seems to be superior to the other online options. Will probably go straight to their site in future.
